SECOND SECTION - PRACTICAL TRAINING

With your RAID Surf Survival Instructor

Confined water - minimum 3 sessions

This is where the theory goes into practice, the core freediving techniques that you will use for a lifetime while surfing are developed during the first sessions, proper breathing and relaxation and safety are covered, the confined water sessions are like an open water simulator, this gives you the chance to become comfortable with the Freediving skills before taking them into the Surf.

Upon successfully passing the practical training you receive:

World Recognized Freediver Certification
On-line logbook
Surf Survival certification E or C-card
Unrestricted access to manuals
